Ongoing advisory support
A continuing relationship provides a regular cadence for decisions, priorities and oversight. We work with leadership to review investments and vendors, assess risks, monitor initiatives and address emerging needs. The agreement defines the capacity, meeting schedule and responsibilities included.
Defined project and program engagements
For a specific initiative, we agree on the scope, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Work may include an assessment and roadmap, a platform initiative, an employee change program, or a brand and public-awareness campaign. Marcept leads the engagement and coordinates specialist contributors when the scope requires them.
A clear agreement before work begins
Every engagement sets out the intended results, included services, client responsibilities, schedule, fees and approval process. For project work, the agreement also addresses dependencies, deliverable acceptance, handover and how scope changes will be handled. Fees and payment milestones reflect the agreed work and applicable contracting requirements.
Support matched to the assignment
A project may begin with a focused assessment, move into implementation and conclude with handover. Continuing advisory support can follow where useful. Each stage is agreed explicitly so you can understand the commitment and choose the support you need.
For public organizations
We organize engagements around the agency’s requirements, authorized scope and contracting process. Named responsibilities, documented deliverables, review points and progress reporting help staff manage the work. Where specialist partners are included, their roles and deliverables are defined within the project plan.
